Can I give a 20☆ review? If I could i would because 5☆ just isn't enough! Fantastic experience! A truly wonderful local family business, who in their spare time donate and run charities (currently helping in Ukraine) I just bought my Hyundai Tucson from St. Andrews motor company in Huddersfield, and I could not be happier! I travelled by train from Neston with my toddler and Tim picked me up from the station. From the moment I arrived, Tim made me feel right at home. Buying a car can feel scary, but their friendly, no-pressure approach put me at ease instantly. He was incredibly patient, honest, and happy to answer all my questions. He kept the car for me and even took it off sale without a deposit, until I could arrange to collect it, despite having full price offers offers without the complications I had on getting there to buy the car. Most importantly, I got a great car at a truly fantastic price (well below market average). I drove the car home and honestly it drives like a dream, no faults, rattles or bangs, its perfect and much better than he described and advertised it. You can clearly tell they care about their reputation and their customers. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I recently purchased a Hyundai ix20 from this garage. The whole experience was about as stress free as buying a car can be; no pressure sales, friendly, and I was able to put down a deposit to pick the car up at a later date. Honestly 5 stars isn't enough. We have recently just bout a car of Tim last week. I suffer with anxiousness and while my partner has looked at cars online, iv been very hesitant about going to view. I was very nervous and had lots of worries about buying a car. From meeting Tim, his mannerism and character made me feel right at ease and his customer service was above excellent. He didn't try upsell or change my opinion. He knew exactly what we wanted and what we could afford. This made all my anxieties calm. We had a test drive and the car drove a dream. The car came with a fresh MOT with no advisories, 12 months warranty and had a fresh service. Tim personally made us feel so secure and happy with the car and he went above and beyond. We had lots of problems with cars in the past and he made us feel, that we wont have this.Since having the car iv had no problems and I am so pleased. Honestly I would never go anywhere else and if your thinking of buying a car, this is the place. He has made our Christmas and we're very thankful.

What a great little garage ! I bought a little toyota yaris for my son. You don't get much these days for £3500 but I did. A lovely super clean undamaged car, very low mileage, a real gem. At the last minute they even changed the exhaust and the glass on the wing mirror as they weren't happy with it. Made us feel so welcome and you get the impression that they really care.

They both provide exceptional service which is second to none and even gave me a good price for my part exchange. Some 6 weeks ago I travelled over 450 miles to buy a pickup truck on the hope that the vehicle I was purchasing was as described in both the video and verbal conversations I had had with the team at St. Andrews. The pictures & video showed the vehicle in excellent condition and on arrival at the showroom I must say I was overly impressed with the condition of the vehicle as it was in even better condition than I had expected. In my personal opinion and experience finding an honest and trust worthy car dealer is in no way an easy task but the team at St. Andrews are the exception. I have driven the 4x4 for over a month now and can honestly say that I would happily travel the 9hrs round trip to buy another vehicle from the St Andrews team as and when I needed another vehicle. Have bought a Qashqai from them and the whole process was absolutely seamless. Tim and Kyle were extremely patient and helpful all throughout. I had to come down from London and take the car back with me. I was initially anxious if all of that would be straight forward. But it was a great experience. Kyle kindly had picked me up from the station, made sure car was valeted and ready to go. The paperwork was taken care of by Kyle and he even helped me with tax, insurance and other stuff. They also explained me in detail upfront what documents to carry, speak to my bank upfront, etc. so the pickup was easy. Would absolutely recommend them. A very happy customer!
